Statement Images for Archiving and Inquiry

Centron can create exact replica PDF images of your statements that are printed and mailed. The PDF images are created from the same print stream that Centron uses to create your paper statements. We can then transmit the PDF image file to you for document archiving locally on your system. The PDF documents can be searched for, accessed, and printed using the capabilities of Adobe Reader ®.

\r\nThis service improves customer service by conveniently allowing your internal customer service staff to view, print and/or attach to an email the exact same statement that was mailed to a customer or patient. It can be a perfect solution for a company that doesn’t consistently send out electronic statements but still has an occasional need to do so.
